Landscaping Business Management Course

Aimed at landscapers of different backgrounds and entrepreneurs in the landscape sector. The objective of the course is to offer the necessary knowledge and techniques to entrepreneurs who want to start or grow in the market, be it project offices, implementation companies, or other business models in the field.

The professor works on issues related to Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategic Planning. During the course, the participant is taught to analyze market opportunities; how to form partnerships, network of suppliers and staff. The student is also instructed on how to prepare budgets and choose service contract templates.

The Business Management theme exclusively for landscaping focuses on content that is actually used by the professional. Which makes it possible for a workload of just 8 hours. The course usually takes place from 9 am to 6 pm on a single Saturday to serve even the busiest professionals. The class has a maximum of 10 students, to prioritize excellence in learning and enable the interaction of all participants with the teacher.
